CANCELLATION POLICY

Our cancellation policy ensures fairness and efficiency for all our clients. To secure your appointment, a nonrefundable deposit is of $15 is required. Please arrive promptly, as being 10 minutes late gives us the right to adjust the service or cancel the appointment. After 10 minutes, the client will be charged a 10% late fee. For any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours, 50% of the glam price will be charged to your card. Any appointments requested before or after studio hours will be charged an additional $50. Travel service deposits are non refundable! The cancellation fee will be based on the scheduled service. There are no exchanges or refunds for any services. I am located inside MY SALON SUITES at 16201 Ford Rd, Dearborn, MI 48126 — Suite #118. Please buzz in only at your scheduled appointment time by dialing 118, and I will open the door for you.
