Our cancellation policy ensures fairness and efficiency for all our clients. To secure your appointment, a nonrefundable deposit is of $15 is required. Please arrive promptly, as being 10 minutes late gives us the right to adjust the service or cancel the appointment. After 10 minutes, the client will be charged a 10% late fee. For any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours, 50% of the glam price will be charged to your card. Any appointments requested before or after studio hours will be charged an additional $25. By scheduling a house call or location call with Beautybysalena, clients agree to abide by the terms of this cancellation policy. All house call appointments must be approved by Beautybysalena. There is a $50 local house call/location call fee. For further travel destinations, accommodations must be covered by the client for the artist. The cancellation fee will be based on the scheduled service fee plus any applicable mileage charges incurred up to the cancellation time. Mileage charges will be calculated at the rate of .70 cents per mile, as per the Michigan mileage reimbursement rate. This rate will be applied to all travel destinations.
